Belkis Rutchland was certified in 1998 by Romana Kryzanowska. With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, from yoga,aerobics & bodybuilding, Belkis has the expertise and knowledge to offer you authentic Pilates the way Joseph taught it since 1926.
The studio is very private with state of the art equipment designed by Joseph and manufactured by Gratz Industry located in beautiful North Kihei.
A Pilates workout is 45 to 55 minutes in length and is composed of a combination of apparatus and mat-work at a level appropriate for the clients individual needs. Belkis tailors the routine based on fitness level, fitness goals, age and history of prior injuries. The focus is to identify bad habits that cause injuries, and re-educating the body with better movement, alignment, posture and to improve overall strength and flexibility. Pilates is a progressive workout and is dictated by the abilities of the individual.
